During this 4-Class Series on April 4, 11, 18, and 25 musician and dancer, Elisa Garcia, will lead 3 - 6 year olds in dance, jump, stretch, play as they explore and use their imagination with different live and recorded music and props.  

Caregivers are invited to join Debbie Mayer in an adjacent room for tea time and guided calming activities. Each week will include activities you can do with your child (and ourselves!) to help slow down when feeling overwhelmed, and time to connect with other adults (woo hoo!). You'll get to experience brief activities and learn ideas of how to bring them into the fold at home. Walk away feeling more grounded and filled from connecting with others and nurturing yourself! Siblings under two welcome, no extra charge, donations accepted. 

Elisa is a guitarist and singer, specializing in Latin American music. She also has a dance background with influences from different styles including salsa, Brazilian samba, Zumba, bellydance, African dance, modern. She currently teaches Latin Groove at Una Vida and Dance for Parkinson's with 3rd Law Dance/Theater. Elisa is also a mom with a vibrant 5 year old.  Find out more at monaelisa.com.

She encompasses a holistic mind-body-spirit perspective with her deep knowledge and understanding of social-emotional needs, foundations in healthy relationships, and overall well-being.
