Pricing:

2024 Bookings

Monday - Thursday: $75 up to 90 min, $150 up to 3 hours

Friday - Sunday: $300 per day

2025 Bookings

Monday - Thursday: $75 up to 90 min, $150 up to 3 hours

Friday - Sunday: $400 per day

** 2025 bookings of 2 or more days secured prior to Sept 30th 2024 qualify for a $50 per day discount. **

Securing your dates:

35% deposit is required to secure your dates. Balance of rental payment is due the day prior to your event. Renters must provide individual liability insurance with Una Vida named as an additional insured.

Cancellation policy:

For cancellations made 90 days or more, in advance, deposit will be refunded. Deposits can be applied to a new event date for cancellations made between 60 and 89 days from the event. Cancellations between 30 and 59 days forfeit the deposit. Cancellations under 30 days owe 15% of the remaining fee (totaling 50% of rental fee) to be paid within 10 days of cancellation. Outstanding balances will be charged to the credit card on file.
