  Infrared saunas heat the air at a lower temperature, preferably 120-130F.
  This process gently raises your core temperature inducing a natural sweat.

  
  In-sauna sessions are 30 minutes, for a total appointment duration of 45 minutes all within the privacy of our Healing Corner. This includes the infrared sauna room, bathroom with shower and private hallway.
  Elleni or another Una Vida staff will be there to guide you along the way.
