Dreamjourney

Dreamjourney

This practice is inspired by meditation, shamanic journeying, plant medicine, the dream world, and hypnosis. Accompanied by high vibrational music we embark on a journey towards the subconscious world where you can have your own impossible adventure.

The intention is to help you reconnect with your imagination, to create a safe space where you get to focus on what’s behind the veil for you and maybe even learn something new about yourself in a fun and very unusual way.

There will also be an opportunity to share and interpret your journeys with other voyagers, this will help you integrate what you experienced so that you can apply it to your daily life.

Although I can’t prove it, I believe this type of activity evolves and gets better with practice, so doing it more than once it’s recommended.

Benefits of an Active Imagination

(Based on articles found all over the internet)

  • Improves our creativity, problem solving, innovation and overall intelligence

  • Improves our ability to expand our perspective of the world and ourselves

  • Improves neuroplasticity

  • Improves our empathy, it expands our ability to understand others

  • Become familiar with feminine and masculine energies and how to work with them to create

  • Improve our manifesting skills by expanding our emotional library and making making different choices

  • Have lots of fun by literally just laying on the floor

Connect with your Intuition

When we’re out of touch with our own imagination, we tend to look for answers outside of ourselves, our perception narrows when we’re not in tune with our intuition.

When we look outside of ourselves for answers we give away our POWER.

In this era of entertainment and misinformation, it’s never been more important to find our way back to our inner compass to find direction and discern alignment.

Dreamjourney is a practice that will help you reconnect with this incredible and magical part of you.
