What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient holistic healing technique. It is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that involves the practitioner placing their hands on or near the body.
What are some of the benefits?
Reiki therapy can relieve pain, anxiety, fatigue, reduce stress, boost immunity, promote natural healing, improve sleep quality and relaxation, provide emotional release, assist with processing trauma and energize the body.
What to expect:
Sessions include a short consultation to identify your current needs. To start, the Chakras (the 7 main energy centers) will be cleared and then the focus will shift to specific areas in need of healing and release. During the session you may experience an emotional response/release, a change in temperature, the sensation of lightness/heaviness, visualize colors or images. There will be time at the end of your session to check in and share any insights or experiences. Singing bowls and crystals may be incorporated if desired.
