Join a supportive community as we explore habits that foster peace of mind and clarity! Navigating our daily lives in this unpredictable world can be tough, but together, we’ll integrate proven practices that enhance both physical and emotional well-being.

 Reconnect with the deep wisdom within you - by creating space for self care and shedding the layers of stressful thinking that can leave us feeling lost.

​You will have the opportunity to:

​Try an embodied approach to Inquiry (questioning stressful thoughts and finding new perspectives through The Work of Byron Katie)

  • Work with difficult emotions

  • Interrupt the cycle of rumination and repetitive thinking

  • Share experiences and build relationships in a nurturing group environment

  • Integrate physical activity into your routine

  • Reconnect with Nature

Morning Session: begins at 9:00am

Lunch Break (1.5 hours)

Afternoon Session: ends at 4:00pm

  • Meditation and check-in

  • A deep dive into writing a Judge Your Neighbor Worksheet

  • Guided facilitation or partnering in The Work

  • Anchoring in your body

  • Tips for hiking and doing The Work with a partner

  • Walk to a nearby trail

  • ​​Group check-in 

  • Working with the breath

  • Nature as Facilitator

  • ​Easy walk or seated Inquiry session

Be sure to wear weather appropriate clothing and good shoes for walking.

 If you'd like to, bring snacks and water for our hike. Korinne will carry a pack with first aid essentials.
