The holiday season can be challenging, but with some planning and mindful tools, it can also be a time for joy, connection, and rest. By prioritizing what you are most craving this season and acknowledging the potential stressors and planning how to manage them, you can create a mindful and joyful holiday season.

Please join Meg Edwards for a mindfulness workshop that will help you cultivate the meaningful holiday season that you desire.

This 2-hour workshop is designed for you to learn how to calm your nervous system with breathwork and simple mindfulness tools. You’ll explore your holiday priorities and your self-care musts, so you can let go of the external clutter and focus on what truly makes this season the most joyful to you.

The workshop also includes a guided meditation, vibrational sound bath, and a Joyful Holiday workbook. The investment in your joyful + mindful holiday season is $35 per person. We hope to see you there!
