WHAT IS THAI YOGA BODYWORK?

Thai Yoga Bodywork is like combining the best yoga & meditation class with a deep, slow-motion massage.  All layers of the body (physical, mental, energetic) are addressed.  Sessions take place fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat where the recipient is mindfully placed in various passive yoga-like postures supported by bolsters or blankets while pressure is applied at specific energy lines throughout the body.  Your breath and body guide the experience, which is customized to your unique needs each and every time.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A SESSION? 

This deeply meditative hour-long experience not only leaves you feeling deeply rested and peaceful but also grounds and aligns the physical body from the ancient, holistic perspective of Thai Medicine.
