Ann Bruinsma is a wife and mother of three, living in Louisville, Colorado.  Raised in a family of medical professionals, she has always been interested in health and well-being. 

Ann has dedicated the last 15 years to healing her own ailments and those of her children through natural medicine.  Her endless pursuit of health has introduced her to many modalities, and ultimately helped her family to balance and heal from the effects of Lyme disease, ADHD, parasites, and other illnesses in natural ways. 

After years of studying several modalities, Ann is thrilled to share this healing journey with others.

In her prior schooling and career, Ann graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL with a double major in Economics and Math. She was a financial and business operations analyst for more than a decade and now applies analytical skills to define and quantify the impacts of holistic medicine. Core Synchronism: A gentle harmonizing of the physical body structures with its innate healing capabilities. Using gentle touch, we re-establish balance, restore harmony, and break the pain-discomfort cycle.

Body/Emotion Code: A focused clearing of the energy-body related to specific intentions. We identify trapped emotions, subconscious beliefs, and other energetic obstructions that are ready to release.
