Shamanic Journey Circle: Flower Full Moon

Could you use some tension and stress relief, and/or some clarity on where to focus your attention, while feeling supported in community?

Many of us are feeling the pressures of modern life—shifting our nervous systems into states of defense which affects our ability to see the possibilities, to clarify what is ours to know, and do, and to support each other during such times.

Fortunately, when two or more are gathered while radiating unconditionally loving energy (which we will give to ourselves), each counterbalances 750,000 people that are identified with lower frequencies of fear, anger, shame, etc. In other words, shifting our own energy is a powerful way to support the changes we are all experiencing.

Please join Kelly C. Mullen, shamanic practitioner, Tension Release Exercise (TRE®) provider, and owner of Whole-Self Wisdom, for an opportunity to gather together to envision a new way of being that celebrates beauty, and the abundance that comes with a community living in peace (through the shamanic journey), and prepare ourselves by releasing what tenses us up and is no longer serving us (with TRE®).

Note: If you aren't already familiar with TRE® and Shamanic journeying, you'll leave with two empowering practices that you can do on your own. No experience is necessary to attend as all are welcome!
